Well worth the journey, Ben showed us round the caravan we spotted on eBay, it was fantastic value for money. The service was first class; we paid and had it delivered 2 weeks later. Highly recommend this service. First class from start to finish.

Liberty leisure was a pleasure to buy from. After being shown around we picked the perfect mobile home for us and paid our deposit there and then both Ruth an Ben were very helpful organising this and getting a build and delivery date sorted, we also change a few things inside the home which was no problem they were happy to accommodate. Every member of staff we had contact with were amazing so caring and so helpful. Katrina in the office dealt with all our emails and phone calls as best as she could and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend liberty leisure and am so glad we chose them to purchase our new Mobile home… Definitely 5 star service!

My experience with Liberty was simply exceptional. We were placed on notice from our site nearing the end of our licence with just weeks to go, nowhere near enough to do anything other than sell back to the site.... or so I thought. I contacted Liberty through a gumtree ad selling a similar van to ours explaining our position and was contacted by Ruth Whitely that afternoon and from then on things looked better. She explained everything and thought she knew of a suitable site to buy it and the following morning came back with an offer £1000 more than the site offer. Regular contact from her and from Katrina who organised the collection just kept the service at the high level it started. We now have the money in the bank so are so pleased such a traumatic issue ended with such a good outcome, I cannot recommend them highly enough

Hi All I feel i must post my experience in my recent purchase of a Pinelog Lodge though Liberty Leisure Group. I had been looking for quite some time and came across Liberty and from then on the process was trouble free. I was kept informed through the complete process by Ruth, Ben and all. I was abit concerned for the delivery via the lane to my Park but the drivers were very positive and unloaded on to my pads no problem! as were the crew that put it together having drove 4 and half hours to get to me.... Well done Liberty Leisure.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to the Liberty Group staff and installation Team, that provided an excellent service from the time I requested a quotation through to the handover of my Delta Swanley 3 bedroom Lodge. Ruth went out of her way to ensure I received the Lodge to accomadate my three children being cooped up in a two bedroom caravan. This shows Great compassion in realising individuals needs. The comunication has to play an important part of the sale of the Lodge which was second to none even after hours.
